Eligibility Requirements
You must be an employee or retiree of Total Quality Logistics to take advantage of the savings you will enjoy by participating in this program.
You must either call or register online before contacting a real estate agent. Your Personal Move Coordinator will match you with a real estate agent based on your real estate needs.
This program is available to you for multiple sales where you, as an employee or retiree of TQL, are buying or selling property, whether it is your personal home, vacation home, or investment property.
You will not be eligible if you are already engaged with a real estate agency by a buyer brokerage agreement, listing contract, or executed purchase agreement. Or, if you’ve registered for another real estate rebate program.
The following states prohibit rebates: AK, AL, IA, KS, LA, MO, MS, OK, OR and TN. You can still register to be eligible for the exceptional services provided.
